CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Drilling Personnel for our client working on a large-scale mining operation based near Darwin, NT. This role will suit a hands-on drilling professional with strong experience in mining and drilling operations, ideally within open cut mining and heavy industrial environments. Opportunities Available: We are currently seeking experienced candidates across the following positions: Production Drillers Horizontal Drill Operators (HDD) Drill Support / Service Crew Drill Supervisors Drill & Blast Coordinators Key Responsibilities: Depending on the role, responsibilities may include: Operating production and horizontal drill rigs safely and efficiently Conducting blast hole, geotechnical, depressurisation, and dewatering drilling activities Supporting drilling operations through servicing, refuelling, maintenance, and equipment setup Coordinating drill and blast activities in line with mine plans and operational targets Supervising drilling crews and ensuring safe execution of works Monitoring drilling performance, ground conditions, and equipment utilisation Conducting pre-starts, inspections, maintenance checks, and safety assessments Maintaining accurate drilling logs, reports, and compliance documentation Working collaboratively with mining, geotechnical, maintenance, and production teams Our Ideal Candidate: Experience operating drill rigs such as Epiroc D65, DML, Pit Viper, Vermeer HDD rigs Hard rock mining experience Geotechnical or water depressurisation drilling experience Drill & Blast coordination experience Previous supervisory or leadership experience Current Open Driver’s Licence (HR highly regarded) Relevant RII competencies and training transcripts Strong safety focus and hazard awareness Ability to work effectively within high-performing site teams Highly regarded tickets and licences include: Forklift Slew / Non Slew Crane Vehicle Loading Crane Riggers / Doggers Telehandler Shotfirer Licence Police Clearance What We Can Offer: Salary starting at $100,000 per annum Competitive salary based on experience 7/7/14 and 14/14 FIFO rosters available Long-term career opportunities Ongoing training and career development How to Apply: If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in Drilling , please click APPLY , or submit your resume to rachel.v@celotti.com.au or contact CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 1300 235 688.
